SHOT LIST

Each Hotel will have a different shot list based upon desires. In general we will want to capture:

  • Exterior

  • Lobby

  • Room(s)

  • Pool/Spa

  • Meeting Space

  • Restaurant

HOTEL PREP TIpS

All staging and prep must be done PRIOR to photographers arrival

  • Make sure that all spaces are clean and wrinkle-free. Tables, surfaces, floors, sheets, curtains, pillows, linen, etc.

  • Remove items that don’t add value to the photography: vehicles, ashtrays, promotion signs, and garbage bins/dumpsters, outdated newspapers, excessive décor, etc.

  • Ensure that 1 person representing the hotel is available throughout the photoshoot for communication with the photographer

  • Turn ON all lights and Turn OFF all fans (no moving fan blades)

  • Open ALL drapes, curtains, and blinds (Let that beautiful light in)

  • Replace any burnt out light bulbs

  • Remove Pool Sweep from Pool and Hide it away

STAGING IDEAS

All staging and prep must be done PRIOR to photographers arrival

  • Flowers for staging rooms to add some color and fun

  • Wine and Wine glasses

  • Beer Bottles

  • Charcuterie board

  • Towels rolled up nicely at pool area on each chair

  • Pillows and Throw Blankets

  • Coffee Mugs
