Q. What services do you provide?
A. As a Real Estate Photographer I provide Video, Photo, Drone. and listing website services to all of the Central Coast and greater area. Ex: Home photography (interior & exterior), Walkthrough Videos, Testimonial Videos, Drone photography, high end productions for high end properties, and more
Q. How much do you charge for Real Estate photo/video?

Q. What kind of licensing limitations do you have on your work?
A. For all Real Estate services (Videos & Photos), each purchase includes a lifetime usage license with no marketing limitations whatsoever. Post it on Social Media, use the content on your website forever, and there are no MLS syndication limitations. The only limitation is the restriction of resale or redistribution to any third parties.
Q. What is your turnaround time?
A. I do my best to deliver content as quickly as possible! While most often content is delivered within 24 hours, there is a 1-3 day turn around time. Photos: 2 day max | Video: 3 day max. Sundays are my rest days, so keep that in mind :D
Q. Am I a Licensed Drone Pilot?
A. YES! I am an FAA Part 107 licensed Drone Operator! Meaning I can legally fly and photograph/film your properties. It is a law that you must have a FAA Part 107 license in order to commercial operate a drone.
Q. Do real estate agents need to be at the home with you?
A. My goal is to make the process as easy and stress free as possible. Meaning you can be on site with me, introduce me to the homeowners, or you can allow me to go on my own for filming/photographing.
Q. How long does it take on site?
A. Photography takes approx 30-60 minutes on site. Video takes 30-60 minutes as well. Drone adds approximately 20 minutes. Twilight shoots are shot right at the start of sunset as the last glimpses of sun is setting over the hills(Approx 30-45 mins). Each property is different, so keep in mind the the smaller properties will be on a shorter time frame, and large properties will be a longer time frame.
